About Patricia A. Premeau

Patricia (Patty) Premeau is a three-time graduate of Arizona State University.  Since 1993, Ms. Premeau has practiced in the area of dispute resolution, from negotiation, to litigation, to trial and appeals. She practices extensively in both real estate and commercial litigation, including commercial lease negotiations and disputes, contracts, easements, title disputes, FEDs, business disputes, and non-solicit and non-compete agreements. Ms. Premeau’s clerkship at the Arizona Court of Appeals continues to serve her well in representing clients on appeal, having argued three cases in the past year (and fully briefing a fourth case). She is pleased to be working again with her former partner, Mark D. Chernoff, who created a paperless environment with enormous efficiencies, allowing the firm’s attorneys to handle voluminous documents, electronic discovery, and sophisticated legal issues, easily and efficiently.

Ms. Premeau graduated cum laude from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1993. Ms. Premeau has an AV® Preeminent Rating – the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell™  Ms. Premeau has recently been invited to serve on the Maricopa County Superior Court’s Commercial Court Practices and Procedures Committee, providing input to judges and providing recommendations regarding practices, procedures and forms for the commercial court pilot program which went into effect July 1, 2015.
